Emmerdale Kammy Hadiq's 'exit sealed' following aftermath of Vinny's violent attack

It was a shocking night in Emmerdale tonight, as it seems as if Kammy Hadiq is about to get the blame for Vinny's injuries - and fans are fearing for his future in the village.

Earlier this week, we saw Vinny attacked and beaten to the groundby who he thought was 'Mike'. The two got close online after Vinny was questioning his sexuality, thinking 'Mike' was going through a similar situation.

However, it was revealed that Mike's name wasn't Mike after all, and he had been lying about his whole situation. In dark scenes, he was seen attacking Vinny to the ground in his home, as he made him type in his phone password to steal money from him.

In tonight's episode, Vinny's fiancé Gabby realised he had been badly beaten, after seeing the end of a confrontation between the duo.

Vinny had deliberately goaded Kammy into going for him clearly to get him to back off but also possibly to frame him for his bruises.

"Is this what Kammy did to you?" she asked. "Let me see!" as Vinny lifted up his top and showed the extent of his bruising.

Vinny then told his fiancé that he called her controlling. Gabby told Kammy that she told him he needs to report it to the police, as she told him "You're a vicious psycho. I don't wanna see your face in here again."

Kammy and Vinny later caught up, with Vinny apologising to Kammy, but he wasn't having any of it. "It's messing with my life man! And you don't even respect me enough to be honest!" Storming off, Kammy said he was "done" with Vinny.

Now, fans fear Vinny is about to get in trouble for something he didn't do. Taking to X, formely known as Twitter, one fan penned: "Vinny needs to tell the truth.. Pronto! Cause I’m not having Kammy being hated by the village," whole another said: "my heart breaks for kammy!"

"Oh Vinny, stop lying! It’s all going to backfire on you …and poor Kammy," a third said, while a fourth wrote: "I HATE what Vinny has done. Ruining Kammy's name????"

With many fearing about Kammy's future and how the residents will portray him should they find out about the lie, could an exit be on the cards?

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
