Disney Cruise Line unveils two new routes that customers can book from Tuesday

Disney Cruise Line has unveiled two brand new sail routes that will open for bookings from Tuesday, September 2.

The popular cruise line has confirmed it will be expanding its sailings in California and Texas, with sailings opening from autumn 2026 and spring 2027 respectively. The new California itinerary will allow customers to set sail from the West Coast city of San Diego, where two Disney Cruise Line ships will be based. The Disney Magic will set sail in California for two months with three-, four-, five-, six- and seven-night voyages in October and November next year.

The ship will then transition to Texas, in the United States' South Central region, on a 14-night voyage from San Diego to Galveston, featuring stops in Puerto Vallarta, Cartagena and Grand Cayman.

The Disney Wonder will join the Disney Magic for seven months in San Diego and offer guests spectacular views of crystal-blue waters with three- and seven-night itineraries between October 2026 and April 2027 stopping at Catalina Island in California, Cabo San Lucas, Ensenada and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Late 2026 and early 2027 will welcome an extended season of Disney cruising from Texas where the Disney Magic will set sail from the Lone Star State with four-, five- and seven-night voyages from November 2026 to April 2027, visiting the sandy beaches of Cozumel and the historic sights of Progreso, Mexico.

Several itineraries also include a Bahamian vacation with time at Disney Castaway Cay and Nassau.

Themed sailings will also be returning on select itineraries aboard the domestic Disney Cruise Line shops, with Halloween on the High Seas from September to October 2026, and Very Merrytime Cruises from November to December 2026.

Additionally, there will be five ships sailing from Florida and the return of three- and four-night cruises on the Disney Adventure from Marina Bay Cruise Centre in Singapore.

Disney Cruise Line said early bookings for the new itineraries opened for select Castaway Club members on August 25, and general booking will open on Tuesday, September 2.
